For a large number of clients we see, the initial appointment is as much about you finding out about our firm as it is for us to find out more about you. For this reason, all of our face-to-face meetings are without obligation.

We understand in most instances, you want to meet your adviser and tell us what it is you are looking to do. We listen, take time to establish exactly how we can help you, and then make sure you are comfortable with the process.

Should you decide to proceed with the advice we give, our indicative charges are below;

We offer an initial consultation without obligation. You can pay for our mortgage services by:

  • Commission from the mortgage lender (where this is available)
  • A combination of fee and commission from the mortgage lender

Paying by commission from the lender (where available)

No fee is charged directly to you for our mortgage services. We will receive a commission from your chosen mortgage lender. The amount we receive will be disclosed on the Key Facts Illustration/European Standardised Information Sheet you will receive relating to the mortgage.

Paying by a combination of fee and commission from the lender

A fee of £250 is payable at the outset. We will receive a commission from the lender. You will receive a Key Facts Illustration/European Standardised Information Sheet when considering a particular mortgage which will tell you about any fees relating to it.

We offer an initial consultation without obligation. There will be a £500 fee for our equity release service, which is payable when you apply, and we will retain the commission from the mortgage lender. Alternatively, you can choose a fee only option and receive any commission which we are paid by the lender. The precise amount will depend upon your circumstances but we estimate that it will be £500 plus 1% of the amount borrowed.

  • Commission from the mortgage lender (where this is available)
  • A combination of fee and commission from the mortgage lender
