Do I qualify for Equity Release?

Specific lending criteria for individual products will vary from lender to lender but if you satisfy the following criteria then you may qualify:

• The youngest applicant must be aged 55 or over.
• Your home must be worth more than the minimum property value, which is £75,000.
• Your property must be of standard construction.
• The property must be your main residence.
• You must have little or no mortgage – any outstanding mortgage must be repaid with the cash released.
