Our Charges

We offer an initial consultation with an independent adviser without obligation. This meeting can take place at our offices, or if you would prefer at your home.

During the initial consultation we will discuss how we will be remunerated if you decide that you want to proceed with Cooper Associates Ltd. If you decide that you do not wish to use the services of Cooper Associates Ltd, NO fees will be incurred.

Indicative Charges

Residential Re-Mortgage

We do not normally charge a fee as we are usually paid by the lender. However, you have the option to pay us a fee and receive any commission which we are paid by the lender. The precise amount will depend upon your circumstances but we estimate that it will be 1% of the amount borrowed.

Residential Purchase

We offer an initial consultation without obligation. There will be a £250 fee for our mortgage service, which is payable when you apply, and we will retain the commission from the mortgage lender. Alternatively, you can choose a fee only option and receive any commission which we are paid by the lender. The precise amount will depend upon your circumstances but we estimate that it will be £250 plus 1% of the amount borrowed.

Equity Release

We offer an initial consultation without obligation. There will be a £500 fee for our Equity Release service, which is payable when you apply, and we will retain the commission from the mortgage lender. Alternatively, you can choose a fee only option and receive any commission which we are paid by the lender. The precise amount will depend upon your circumstances but we estimate that it will be £500 plus 1% of the amount borrowed.

Insurance

No fee for advising on and arranging non-investment insurance contracts.

Wealth Management

Wealth Management services are provided by Cooper Associates Wealth Management Ltd.
