Cooper Associates boost client service support team with four key appointments
Delivering exceptional client service is the highest priority at Cooper Associates Group. Not only is it something we pride ourselves on, it’s something we know our clients feel sets us apart from many other financial services businesses.
We have recently made four key appointments, enabling us to continue delivering a first-class service to our clients.
We are delighted to welcome Robyn Attewell, Tom Hayman and Lee Kinsey as Client Relationship Managers within Cooper Associates Mortgages, and Hollie Richards as Client Relationship Manager within Cooper Associates Wealth Management.
Our Client Relationship Managers play an essential role in ensuring our clients enjoy a smooth and highly efficient process throughout their mortgage or financial advice journey. Robyn, Tom, Lee and Hollie will be working closely with our advisers, as well as external parties such as lenders, solicitors and estate agents.
The additional support these four key appointments will provide our existing Client Relationship team will ensure our clients continue to receive an exceptional level of service.
