Cooper Associates named Best Mortgage Office in the UK at the 2021 ESTAS awards

Cooper Associates Mortgages are celebrating double success for the fifth consecutive year at the 2021 ESTAS awards.

Cooper Associates Mortgages was named Best Mortgage Office in the UK and Best Regional Mortgage Broker in the South West at the 2021 ESTAS awards ceremony, which took place in London.

The ESTAS awards are an independent customer feedback scheme, with the winners determined exclusively by feedback received from clients. The awards were hosted by Phil Spencer, the TV property expert, and determined the best mortgage brokers and estate agents in the UK.

Thomas Jackson, Managing Director of Cooper Associates Mortgages, commented:

“We are thrilled to be recognised once again at the ESTAS awards. Being named Best Mortgage Office in the UK for the fifth consecutive year is an amazing achievement which we are all hugely honoured to receive.

I am particularly proud of all the staff within Cooper Associates Mortgages, who have worked so hard during a very busy period to once again obtain these awards. Over the past eighteen months our team has seen significant change within the thriving property market, with stamp duty holidays and record low interest rates boosting demand for our services.

The ESTAS are hugely important to us, as the winners are decided by feedback received from clients, who are asked a series of questions about the service they received. We are always incredibly grateful when a client takes the time to vote for us. We pride ourselves on delivering a first-class service to all our clients, as we know they are always able to choose where to place their business.”

Our success in the 2021 ESTAS follows-on from the 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 ESTAS, where Cooper Associates Mortgages also received the Best Mortgage Office in the UK and Best Regional Mortgage Broker in the South West gold awards.
