Cooper Associates Mortgages strengthens Client Relationship team
Cooper Associates Mortgages is delighted to welcome Megan Frost and Sophia Christodoulou to our Client Relationship team.
The appointments of Megan and Sophia allow us to continue to support the needs of our clients and our future growth strategy, ensuring the exceptional client service our clients have come to know and expect is never compromised.
Megan and Sophia will be responsible for delivering a smooth, efficient process for clients throughout their mortgage journey. This means they will be working closely with our mortgage advisers, as well as mortgage lenders, solicitors and estate agents.
Upon her appointment, Megan expressed her delight in starting the new role:
“After achieving my qualifications, I spent a year with an accountancy firm, which provided me with experience within the financial services sector. This opportunity allows my transferable skills to be developed, enabling me to work to a high standard in delivering client service excellence within the mortgage advice industry.”
Sophia is excited with her new position at Cooper Associates, having personally experienced the mortgage advice offering:
“During my five years’ experience within the client service sector, my passion for delivering excellent client service was paramount to achieving the best outcome for clients and to ensure growth for the business. My passion for learning and development enabled me to achieve a first-class honours degree at Kingston Upon Thames University.
I was first introduced to Cooper Associates as one of their mortgage clients, which gave me a first-hand experience of the business. Cooper Associates are true to their word in striving to achieve an ‘only client experience’ for their clients. I received a bespoke service, which inspired me to want to work for this company. I am very excited to embrace this opportunity within Cooper Associates Mortgages.”
