Double success for Cooper Associates at The ESTAS

Cooper Associates have achieved double success being recognised as the Best Regional Mortgage Broker in the South-West and Best Mortgage Office UK at the prestigious ESTAS 2017. The ceremony was hosted at the Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London and attended by 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals.

The awards, sponsored by Zoopla and announced by TV property expert, Phil Spencer, determine the best mortgage brokers, estate agents and conveyancers in the UK. Results are based purely on feedback from clients who are asked a series of questions about the service received from their broker, with over 34,000 surveys being completed by customers during the competition.

Phil Spencer, who has hosted the ESTAS every year since their inception in 2003 stated “This industry sometimes doesn’t get enough credit for the work it does, winning an ESTA can assure a firm that it has achieved the highest accolade our industry can offer”.
